The in-depth LubAnac oil test system for driveline components

LubAnac Expert is an in-depth, personalized diagnosis system for engines, gearboxes and other driveline components.

LubAnac Expert is recommended for:

• Detailed follow–up of component wear and lubricant behavior.
• Spot analysis and diagnosis in special cases (breakdowns, claims, expertise, …)
• Analysis of new lubricants.

MEASURED CHARACTERISTICS

Mechanical wear:

Wear elements: Iron, Lead, Copper, Tin, Chromium, Aluminium, Nickel (ppm).

Large particles (>5 µm) are measured by FDM (Ferrous Debris Monitor).

Oil contamination:

Silicon (ppm), Water (%) for all applications.

Soot (%), Cooling Liquid (ppm), Fuel (%) for engine oil analysis.

Characteristics of the lubricant:

Kinematic viscosity (mm2/s) at 40°C and 100°C, Viscosity Index.

Base Number TBN (mg KOH/g) according to the OEM requirements, Calculated Sulphated Ash (%) and Oxidation/Nitration for engine oil analysis.

Acid Number TAN (mg KOH/g) for non-engine applications.

Optional:

Additive elements Ca, Zn, P, Mg, Mo, Ba, V, Na, B, K, Ag.
 

LUBANAC DIAGNOSIS AND COMMENTS

The LubAnac diagnosis and comments are established by a LubAnac expert. Specialized in engine and lubricant technology, the LubAnac expert is aided by the LubAnac database. This LubAnac database has reference data of all current part types, calculated on over 8.5 million analysis of oil tests. Also the database of feedback on successful corrective actions by the users is at the disposal of the specialist of the LubAnac Expert analysis. The specialist of the LubAnac Expert analysis takes into account the specific knowledge on the usage conditions and possible remarks by the user. The LubAnac Expert performs personalized answers on questions by the users.

LUBANAC DIAGNOSIS REPORT

The LubAnac diagnosis report is sent per e-mail. It also can be consulted through a secured connection on the Internet. In urgent cases, the report can be transmitted within shorter delays.
