LubAnac Indus

The LubAnac analysis service can be used for the following activities: automotive manufacturing, chemical, cement, energy production, food, metalworking, paper, textiles, wood production etc...

LubAnac lube oil analysis allows you to:

  • Monitor the evolutions in the state of the oil.
  • Assess the operating conditions of the machine.
  • Reduce the maintenance costs.
  • Plan the maintenance operations and reduce the production stoppages.
  • Optimize the oil drain frequencies.
  • Control that the lubricant used is the best suited to the operating conditions.
  • Identify the origin of possible pollutions.
  • Use along other condition-based maintenance methods (vibration analyses, thermography, etc.)

LUBANAC ANALYSIS STANDARDS AND OPTIONS

Depending on the type of application, the service conditions and the economic importance of the lubricant and the machine, customers have the choice to do a standard or an in-depth detailed analysis. LubAnac offers two ranges of analysis packs: LubAnac Indus Standard and LubAnac Indus Premium.

LubAnac Indus Standard

Basic: 

For general applications (hydraulics, bearings, reducers, …) in industry.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, water screener, acid index with an automatically generated comment. Options are not possible.

 

Standard: 

For general applications (hydraulics, bearings, reducers, …) in industry.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, water screener and water measurement in %, acid index with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert. Options are possible.

 

Turbine (standard): 

Standard analysis for turbine oils.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, acid index and DBPC determination (additive depletion level) with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Frigo (standard): 

Standard analysis for refrigerating compressor oil.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, acid index with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Calo (standard): 

Standard analysis for heat transfer oils.

Wear metals, viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, Total Acid Number (TAN), Flash point, Micro-Conradson test and determination of insolubles with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Trempe (standard): 

Standard analysis for quenching oils.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, acid index, flash point and oil quenche test curve with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Wind:

Standard analysis for wind turbine transmission oils.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, viscosity index, systematic water measurement in %, acid index, determination of insolubles, oxidation by infrared and particle count with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

LubAnac Indus Premium

Hydraulic

Dedicated analysis for highly solicited hydraulic systems.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, viscosity index, systematic water measurement in %, acid index, insolubles, particle count, foaming and air release characteristics, optical (microscopical) control with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Gear/Reductor:

Dedicated analysis for industrial gearbox and reductor systems.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C and 100°C, viscosity index, systematic water measurement in %,, acid index, foaming and air release characteristics, optical (microscopical) control with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Compressor:
Dedicated analysis for compressors working in extreme service applications.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, acid index, insoluble, varnish potential and DBPC determination (additive depletion level) with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

 

Turbine (Premium):
Dedicated complete analysis for turbines working in severe conditions.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, acid index, insolubles, particle count, foaming and air release characteristics, varnish potential and DBPC determination (additive depletion level) with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

Dedicated complete analysis for refrigerating machine compressor oil.

Calo (Premium):
Dedicated complete analysis for heat transfer systems.

Wear metals (including large Fe particles), viscosity at 40°C, systematic water measurement in %, Total Acid Number (TAN), insolubles, varnish potential, flash point, micro-conradson and distillation curve with comments from the LubAnac Industrial expert.

DIAGNOSIS AND COMMENTS

The LubAnac Indus diagnostic of an oil relies on the measured characteristics but also on the data and information received from users and customers on:

  • The type of product (commercial name + grade): e.g., Azolla ZS 32
  • The application: e.g., Hydraulic system
  • The type of industry: e.g., Paper industry.
  • The lubricated machine :
    • Criticality.
    • Capacity of the tank.
    • Operating conditions.
  • The data on the previous analyses
    • History of the oil.
    • History of the machine.
    • Interventions.
  • Remarks and comments written by the customer

THE LUBANAC DIAGNOSIS REPORT

LubAnac will send the report by e-mail. The test results can be consulted through a secured connection on the LubAnac website.
